In 2026, The Acceleration of Destruction

In less than a year, Donald Trump has already caused such astounding destruction of our world. In 2026, the pace will only accelerate.

As I’ve said in the past, I consider two great events in recent years to be “no-turning-back” watershed moments for the American people (and the world). One of them was the election of 2024, the other, the January 6, 2021 Insurrection.

In that latter “Day of Infamy,” Donald Trump as sole instigator, willfully planned and plotted a coup to keep himself in office. Launching his lawless hordes “like a cannon” down Pennsylvania Avenue, they assaulted Congress, the People’s House according to the US Constitution. Throughout the entire length of the Civil War, the Confederate flag was never seen in that building. That day it was.

So intent was Donald John Trump on this treasonous act that he was willing to see his own Vice-President lynched in broad daylight if need be, and 140 police assaulted. This apparently is MAGA America’s idea of patriotism.

Yet did he walk away, a free man back to his Florida supper club, with 48 boxes of US government documents, 300 of which were classified. Between that, the Insurrection, and two state cases, he managed to rack up 91 felony counts against him.

Yet after nine straight years of his non-stop lies, half the American people voted to put this utterly lawless man (II Thess 2:3 NIV) back in power. Accustomed to culture wars defining political policy for our hugely diverse country, thanks largely to my morally-pathetic people the Evangelicals, Trump won the election because so many American men are having an insecurity crisis over what it means to be a man.

Funded by billionaire money,¹ a contingency of American oligarchs stood behind him at his image-manipulated Inauguration. One of them, Elon Musk, a man who surely does not deserve the money he owns, had been in danger of being imprisoned for the many ways he has been hosing the American people through his 11 federal contracts.

Donating $300 million to push Trump over the line,² a man who was equally in danger of prison, was the Faustian Pact Trump made to allow the unelected, unauthorized Musk the right to illegally invade key government departments with his fraudulent DOGE band of wet-behind-the-ear hackers.

His goal was to end all the federal criminal investigations going on against him. He succeeded and then some, kick-starting the on-going destruction of “the administrative state” (i.e., those hundreds of thousands of federal civil service workers who keep the American people safe and healthy).

As Jennifer Welch of the “I’ve Had It” podcast puts it, right-wingers love to steal slang words³ invented by liberals, then redefine them in a perverse way in order to “flood-the-zone-with-shit” (i.e., your brain) as Steve Bannon so artfully puts it.

For Auld Lang Syne

Thus started a remarkable year of destruction that shocked even me at how intense, in-your-face, and rapid it was. From there, Trump did a pre-emptive assault upon the delicate Pandemic- recovering, “supply chain” world economy with his pretentious faith in tariffs, “my most favorite word.”

His confessed intention was to, like a bossy little toddler (I Cor 13:11), get the attention of national leaders so they would come crawling, “kissing my ass.” Using tariffs like a club, he punished US trade partners and allies for the sake of his Russian masters, along with personal, family and crony favors.

His Wall Street backers lost $6.5 trillion in wealth overnight! I wonder how many of them were re-thinking Trump’s demagoguery about “Bidenomics” at that point? We have yet to experience the full consequences of his daft, reckless policy here.

This was followed up with unidentified, untrained, masked federal agents hitting the streets of America to accustom us to martial law. In Los Angeles where I live, where the LAPD are very experienced in handling several large protests every year, even his ad hoc thugs was not enough. The “Big Deal, Big Production” guy thought it necessary to deploy US Marines against the American people itself!

Later in the fall, he made a bald appeal to recruit our top brass into his dictatorship project. Not content with that, he ordered up a Soviet-style military parade in Washington on his birthday which turned out to be a flop. A wildly successful “No King’s Protest” in contrast, deeply depressed and enraged him, but of course not enough for him to “amend his ways” (Jer 26:13).

In the summer came his Alaska “summit” with blood-drenched war criminal Vladimir Putin. His humiliating rollout of a huge red carpet for the Russian dictator, having US servicemen down on their literal hands and knees, turned out to be just the start of so complete a debacle as to shock his own staff.

Contrast that with the disgraceful way Volodymyr Zelenskyy was handled, not once but twice, first being ambushed in the Oval Office in February, and again in December. When the heroic Ukrainian leader got off his plane in Palm Beach to meet with Trump in December, not one administration or US official was there to greet him!

Worse Than The Manchurian Candidate

Donald Trump, developmentally-stunted little child that he is, was of course bragging to all the world all year about his supposed ending of eight wars and obsession with getting a Nobel Peace Prize for it (Dan 8:25). This he was going to do because he “knows all these world leaders very well,” which of course is neither true in the sense of personal relationship, nor discerning “where they’re coming from.”

By the sheer power of his charm and veiled threats though, they will all snap in line. What they end up doing of course is figuring out how to stroke this malignant narcissist’s bottomless pride (Dan 11:36), usually through bribes and an endless parade of silly gifts and made-up awards.

But when it comes to Putin and Russia, Donald Trump consistently signals to us what I keep pounding away about in this website, that being a Russian agent, both through bribe and kompromat, is one of the most foundational identities that this multiple personality man holds.

Furthermore, Donald Trump doesn’t choose to be this because he has to. At least the Manchurian Candidate in the famous book and movie was a fake President brainwashed by the Chinese. Adopting Russian mafia culture over American freedom and the rule of law paradigm he grew up benefiting from, is something he chooses to identify with.

Not to the point of actually picking up his sorry butt, practicing what he preaches and moving to Russia, oh God no! Perfect little hypocrite that he is, he has to make the world safe for Russian aggression while pretending to fight a Deep State/global oligarchical culture he’s knee-deep in himself.

On A Roll

In spite of this deluge of lawlessness, he wasn’t about to stop there. The fall brought us a second “No Kings” protest, one of the largest and most successful in US history. Organizers by the grace of God kept everything peaceful, lest Trump have an excuse to “crack down” on them like he wanted to do during the George Floyd protests of his first term. Trump of course responded in his usual classy way with an AI-generated video of himself with a crown on his head, flying an F-16 dropping raw sewage on the protestors down below.

Then one day we woke up to find him demolishing the historic East Wing of the White House, a property owned by the American people, do build his monstrous, bribe-saturated ballroom. He recently said it’s going to be “drone-proof” and bullet-proof, suggesting it will also serve as an end-of-days bunker to make sure “your favorite President” will be nice and safe during the coming blowback he knows he’s stirring up.

In all of this juggernaut of lawlessness, the only institutions able to rein in Trump’s crime spree were lower court judges, but they have been consistently overruled by our now radical and corrupt Supreme Court and the mindless carte blanche they have given this mad man to run amuck. The priority and obsession of both the Christian Right and Mitch McConnell to control America’s future through a despotic Supreme Court as Jefferson put it,⁴ have now come to pass.

Then there were the attacks upon late night comedians, as Trump helpfully informed us they were talentless haters all. Stephen Colbert became a victim of his hypocritical cancel culture jihad. Jimmy Kimmel only survived because of the people’s right to vote with their money.

Then there was the assassination of Charlie Kirk, which his own in-house Heimrich Himmler, Stephen Miller, did all he could to pin on a supposed atmosphere of violence fostered by left-wing rhetoric. This in spite of the fact his supposed killer came from a deep red MAGA family. Six hundred people lost their jobs because they did not sufficiently genuflect to the memory of an intellectually-dishonest racist like Charlie Kirk.

We did discover though (to my own satisfaction at least), that his widow Erika is a long-time Illuminati agent like “Daddy” Trump. Also that Israel assassinated Kirk (my best guess),⁵ lest he lead an entire generation of young people to stop supporting the madness of the Zionist project, a subject that has now split the MAGA world. Even though the social media world is being flooded with fake videos of Erika Kirk in varying modes of garrish behavior, she still has enough of a background to warrant a lot of suspicion.⁶

Epstein Breaks The Big Mo

But there was one thing that at least slowed down the momentum of Donald Trump’s Revenge Tour on the world—the Epstein Files. Apparently, he thought he could promise the moon on that while campaigning, then his obedient little munchkins would drop it once he told them to.

But it didn’t turn out that way. His utter contempt for our country was never more on display than when he installed two podcasters with zero experience in America’s premier domestic security agency, the FBI.

Both Kash Patel and Dan Bongino made a good living promoting the Q Anon theory that these pedophiles were all Democrats and Hollywood elites. The arrogance of Donald Trump to bring them in is astounding, knowing how much pride they were about to swallow once they realized “We have found the enemy, and it is us!”

The essence of the 15-year besties friendship between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein revolved around their relentless pursuit of models. They traded women like baseball cards, yet Epstein increasingly became his financial adviser as Trump got deeper and deeper into bankruptcy problems in the 1990s. There is no doubt Trump knew everything Epstein was up to, including awareness that everything was being recorded.

The eschatological significance of Jeffrey Epstein however, was not in his raping and taking advantage of underage girls, as perverse as that was. It was his development of an elaborate sexual blackmail operation on behalf of Israel. It’s the stink of this fact and the revelation of the attitude of the Zionist state that will lead to Armageddon.

But that’s a subject for another article soon to come. For now, the question is what will 2026 hold?

I Don’t Enjoy My Job

Ok, sorry Lord, my calling. But it’s such a negative, depressing thing to watch my world go through this when everything within me wants to stop it. But I believe I understand why God thinks this is all necessary, as I tried to explain in a recent article.

The point of this one is not just to review merely some of the highlights of all the destruction Donald Trump managed to accomplish in less than a year. It’s to make the case that he won’t just be continuing with it as best he can, but that the pace of disintegration of the civilized world will keep increasing.

This is in alignment with what Jesus Himself meant when he likened the run up to the Second Coming to birth pangs (Mt 24:8 NIV), a time so fearful as to give people heart attacks (Luke 21:26). Just as a woman’s pains grow more intense and frequent as the birth approaches, so likewise the world is going to go through an accelerating pace of destruction.

The Bible theme I invoked in the first article on this website speaks of the unique damage done by Donald Trump: “Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroyeth much good” (Eccl 9:18). Just think of how solid the institutional safeguards the US government had built into it that it has been able to withstand the onslaught of Trump and his MAGA hordes for 10 long years now. Then consider the complete realignment of alliances the United States has now in less than a year.

From a year-end New York Times article:

“In early December, the administration issued a new national security strategy paper that called for European nations to take ‘primary responsibility’ for their own defense, said the United States should align with ‘patriotic European parties’ — code for Europe’s far-right movements — and took aim at Europe’s centrist-led institutions.”

This is Trump’s idea of “patriotic”—abandon your democratic freedom paradigm allies for fascism.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in a New Year’s address acknowledged the US was no longer a reliable partner in the fight against Russian dictatorship. Trump claims this is to save the US money, but he’s been singing this tune ever since his return from a 1987 KGB-sponsored, all expenses-paid trip to Moscow.

Now near-majorities in four major former ally countries [Germany, France, Canada and the UK] say “the U.S. tends to create problems for other countries rather than solve them.” European nations no longer share intelligence with the US lest it end up in Moscow’s hands. Just stunning.

All this probably because he’s been listening to Putin’s lies, not only about how they are currently occupying Odessa and southern Ukraine (not true), but also what a great investment opportunity Russia would make! This in spite of the fact that Russia’s own numbers show every sector of their economy is losing money!⁷

For this, we can thank Ukraine for their relentless pounding of Russia’s energy infrastructure, despite on again/ off again US support for her under Trump. Even Russia is forced to believe their own delusions, because that’s what you get with dictatorship. Everyone is afraid to be the bearer of bad news.

Neither is the cultural atmosphere at the White House any more hopeful. Allowing only the most fawning of media to be a part of the press pool, Trump is determined to have cronies buy it all up and silence all critics of the President, just like Putin and Orban did. The obsequious praise of the Dear Leader that goes round the table in Cabinet meetings sounds worse than what you would hear in North Korea, literally.

In the meantime, our great peacemaker President is threatening to attack Venezuela, Iran, Nigeria, Hamas and ISIS. He’s reviving talk about taking Greenland, putting us on a collision course with NATO. You can chalk all this up to bluster on his part. I chalk it up to him being an untreated mental patient with delusions of grandeur.

Yet is this man God’s chosen judgment on two very hypocritical nations—Babylon America, more than ever a Tower of Confusion to an increasingly resentful world. And Israel, who certainly deserves this bull in a china shop of a messiah (Isa 10:5,6; II Thess 2:4,etc) since they’ve rejected Jesus Christ and declared war on the world.

How This All Plays Out

I think in 2026, one of two scenarios will play out, neither of which will rid us of this man. One is we are lucky enough to make it to elections in November, in which case the Democrats with any skill, should be able to recapture both houses of Congress. This will result in new (real) investigations of Trump and his fellow crooks, and impeachment proceedings.

This in turn will freak him out of course and he’ll start contemplating starting a nuclear war, maybe with Bibi’s help to give an excuse for drastic emergency measures. This would happen around Passover of 2027, ushering in the Four Horsemen war and the start of a 3 ½ year Great Tribulation.

The other alternative is that he succeeds in cracking down, declaring martial law and suspending the fall elections. This will trigger God to pull away His restraint and allow these madmen to start World War III anyhow.

So, either way you look at it, we’re heading for Armageddon. I would assume the first scenario will prevail, but Trump is already doing what he does best—threaten people—so maybe the second? Does it matter?

   Right-wingers of course insincerely implied the term means “enlightened,” therefore insinuating a back-handed insult that right-wingers are in contrast, “unwoke” (unenlightened), God forbid. These are the kinds of things they sit around and plot on their beds at night (Micah 2:1). When they find out they’re mistaken, they keep it all the same in order to distort and twist what the other side is trying to say.
    
   Another is “DEI hires.” DEI simply refers to Diversity–Equity-Inclusion and refers to federal guidelines designed to level the playing field so that white males can no longer have an automatic advantage.
