Trump Gives Biden Permission To Assassinate Him
“A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES MUST HAVE FULL IMMUNITY, WITHOUT WHICH IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM/HER TO PROPERLY FUNCTION.”
-Donald Trump, Jan. 18, 2024, on his “Truth” social media platform
Does Donald Trump know the difference between immunity and impunity? As part of his endless effort to get re-elected before he has to go to trial for any of the 91 felony counts against him, (thereby making them magically go away), his lawyers argued in court on January 9 that a President cannot be charged with a crime while he’s carrying out his Presidential duties.
Any crime. The only exception is if he were impeached and convicted by Congress. First. That is, before the crime was committed.
A little glimpse into this Kafka-esque courtroom scene:
[Appellate Court Judge] TAN: I asked you a yes/no — yes or no question. Could a president who ordered Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival, who was not impeached, would he be subject to criminal prosecution?
[Trump attorney John] SAUER: If he were impeached and convicted first. So, no.
JUDGE TAN: So — so, your answer is no.
SAUER: Is — is — my answer is qualified yes. There is a political process that would have to occur under the structure of our Constitution, which would require impeachment and conviction by the Senate. In these exceptional cases, as the OLC memo itself points out from the Department of Justice, you’d expect a speedy impeachment and conviction.[i]
Just for the sake of posterity, or the possibility of some future alien invasion of the planet, this word salad of an answer was recorded in a United States Federal Appellate court, District of Columbia, January 9, 2024. That’s 2024 Anno Domini, “the year of our Lord,” just for those keeping score.
Alice, I’m Sorry I’m Down This Rabbit Hole Again. I Know It’s Getting Crowded…
Trying to plumb the depths of a Donald Trump version of the Presidential Mind can be daunting indeed. In 1999, there was a movie called, Being John Malcovich, a fin-de-ciecle fantasy about a man who accidentally found a portal into the mind of a “hot commodity” at the time, the actor John Malcovich. What he found was that John Malcovich, gasp, saw reality through his eyes the same way the rest of us do!
You can take that as satire by director Spike Jonze of our “adulation-of-celebrity” culture if you want. The movie is admittedly deep, but so is a journey down into the mind of Donald Trump. It containeth much. Good luck with trying to make sense of it.

If you’re one of his credulous followers, I’m sure you think there’s a lot of sagacious insight down there, even when you don’t have the slightest idea what in the Sam Hill he’s talking about. Trying to follow his “logic” will give you a headache, and most people don’t even bother to do so. They only have so much mental energy to expend in one day.[ii]
Unfortunately for judges, it’s their duty to do so, because in our “oppressive, two-tiered legal system,” moneybags (or grifters) like Trump are entitled Constitutionally to be given every benefit of the doubt. Thus, did they humor the absurdity of the things this lawyer was stumbling through, because his client wanted it argued.
Look, There’s The Mad Hatter!
Trump of course can afford to make arguments that empower his Democratic “enemies” to assassinate him because he knows perfectly well that their sense of morals would never allow them to even contemplate that. (Except for perhaps, every day in the backs of their minds). Trump on the other hand wouldn’t hesitate to actually do that to them, because he keeps saying so.
Likewise, his arrogance to strike at the very heart that actually made America great (or at least different from the feudal/monarchical paradigm before us)—the rule of law and not of kings. Under this law, everyone is subject, especially the country’s top law enforcement officer.
Likewise, Trump’s previous quibbling about whether the Presidency is technically an office. If the President’s not an officer of the US government, then who is?
Likewise, the inane idea that a party as sycophantic as his, who acquitted him twice of clear high crimes and misdemeanors, is the guarantee that he would be held accountable for crimes he commits.
Likewise, the absurdity of the fate of whoever he assassinated beforehand. Fat chance of them being raised from the dead. But I wouldn’t be surprised he’ll try that next, that the President, especially his Presidency, is so favored of God that you should be ashamed of even doubting his ability to do so.
Are you getting my drift?
Deep Calleth Unto Deep (Psa 42:7)
“Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they [MAGA America’s enemies] shall deal treacherously with thee…
The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?”
-Isaiah 33:1,14
I know that you might feel like I just wasted ten minutes of your life, but I’ll try to redeem it here with the possibility of an at least 50-cent revelation found in all this—yet another prophecy about the Antichrist.
This one would be in Isaiah 33. At the beginning and in the middle of this chapter are these two verses. Interspersed throughout are words of comfort to God’s faithful remnant in this time of wholesale apostasy, alternating with words of woe to come upon the “sinners and hypocrites” of a false Zion (fascist Christianity, although Israel’s false Zionism could fit in too).
Why is this? Because God is not mocked (Gal 6:7). Republicans, MAGA Christians, revenge-soaked Israelis,[iii] Putin, and fascists of all stripes may continue on with their smug cynicism and philosophy of “the cruelty is the point.” But God hasn’t changed, and neither is He blind nor deaf to what is going on down here.
You can interpret this first verse especially any way you want. To me, it seems to be a direct reference to the hour in which we are living, and of Donald Trump specifically. Who is bending over backwards to grant this man every iota of American judicial fairness, even in the face of all the treachery he has rewarded them in return? And what is his whiney response, but how unfair it all is? That they are “piling on,” and “out to get him” in every way?
While President, the sacking of our system, milking every grift he and his billionaire class cabinet people could get out of it, is well-documented. It was no accident that he chose a portrait of Andrew Jackson to hang in the Oval Office when he was there, an enthusiastic “fan” of the spoils system.[iv]
To this day, our CIA cannot account for a ten-inch thick notebook Trump took with him to Mar-a-Lago, complete with all the names of our assets and agents in Russia. Torpedoing the passage of a border bill so he can have an issue to demagogue this election year is yet another small example of how this man “dealest treacherously,” while suffering nothing but the fairest treatment possible in return.
You can disagree with my interpretation and application of this passage if you want. You can scoff at what I’m saying about this man being treated with kid gloves. But one thing neither you nor I can change, and that is the nature of God. Take your chances.

[ii] This is the subversive game he and his fellow Republican Jacobins play, clogging up our judicial system with frivolous lawsuits, while refusing to appropriate any money to expand and streamline it. Such patriots these guys are.
[iii] According to recent polls, 60% of the Israeli Jewish public think their government’s savagery against helpless Gazan civilians is not brutal enough! Only 2% think they’re using excessive force.
[iv] The Pendleton Act of 1883 ended the spoils system of previous administrations like Jackson’s, attempting to standardize federal civil service according to more of a merit system.
